Gordon is the co-founder of HR Options and leads HR Options with integrity and respect which has translated to extensive longevity with his staff and clientele. His goal in business is to offer the highest quality service possible at a reasonable price allowing his employees to have a positive and productive workplace and his clients a reliable and valuable resource. Gordon sets the tone for the organization which has been voted “The Best Places to Work in Contra Costa” by his employees and still has clients and employees who started with our organization in 1987.
Sandra joined HR Options in 1990 and managed various HR Options departments including On-site Services, Merchandising Services, National Services and Canadian Services. As the Director of Consulting Services, Sandra oversees all of the HR Consulting services provided by HR Options as well as supports various clients with their HR needs. She is a trusted advisor to many senior management teams, executives, and business owners providing coaching and strategic advice related to employment and workforce management.
Christie joined the HR Options team in 1997 and has managed various HR Options departments including Merchandising, National Services, and Onsite Services. As a Sr. HR Consultant she supported clients with employee relations, policy development, benefits administration, HRIS implementation, wage and hour, recruiting & staffing, and performance management. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and serves as a trainer and speaker. Christie is also a facilitator for the Northern California Human Resource Association (NCHRA),
Rolando has worked with HR Options for over 20 years. As part of his strategy to constantly improve IT functionality, Rolando has managed and implemented three enterprise systems changes for HR Options. He was the lead strategist and visionary for the development of our online registration and time reporting system for our outsourced employees. He excels at understanding the technical needs, as well as the operational management needs of our clients through technology.
Nunzio drives our Sales & Marketing for HR Options Canada and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table through his experience developing and launching several businesses and as a current member of the Board of Directors for a growing start up. Nunzio is a creative and innovative businessman and entrepreneur. He is a thought leader and influencer on digital marketing, HR and entrepreneurship through acquisition. He currently helps HR Options' clients with their needs in human resources, payroll, time and labour management, and group benefits.
Rick joined HR Options in 2000 and has played a large role in creating and growing HR Options Consulting business. Rick is frequently HR Options initial point of contact for our new clients and works primarily with owners and C-level management to help determine how HR Options can best support their business and HR needs. Rick has created a reliable network of professionals ideally suited to handle the complex needs of California based businesses. He is a great resource for any company that is considering outsourcing HR related areas of their business.
Kathryn has worked with HR Options since 1999 in both the US and Canada. She works with senior leaders in areas of employment law and compliance, employment agreements, employment policies & handbooks, performance management & evaluations, employee relations, benefit plan administration, and employee onboarding and retention. For over 10 years, she has supported Canadian and international clients across multiple industries such as information technology, engineering, telecommunications, marketing and manufacturing.
Joining HR Options in 1991, Amy is a Senior HR Consultant - supporting clients with training & development, wage & hour compliance, recruitment & retention, interviewing, employee relations, and compensation & benefits. Amy implements appropriate hiring practices, develops policies and procedures, and implements performance appraisal programs. She coaches employees & managers on various HR issues and has extensive experience developing and facilitating key training programs essential in today's ever-changing workplace environment.
Kristin's expertise is as an human resource generalist with an emphasis on recruiting. Kristin manages recruitment, employee hiring and onboarding for our clients nationally. She ensures wage & hour compliance and supports her team in providing employee relations for our contingent staff. She has served as a Project Leader for the selection and implementation of background screening vendors, applicant tracking systems, and our HRIS.
Kirk Joined HR Options in 1990 assisting our large clients with project management, technology training, web development, post RIF career development, and expatriate acclimation. After seven years as a Director of Business Development for an REIT, Kirk returned to HR Options in 2015 to spearhead programs that increase HR efficiencies, and drive awareness through social media for new and existing clients. He currently is developing our Learning University, supports our consultants, and streamlines and improves products for our clients.
Scott is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) who joined HR Options in 1995. As a Senior HR Consultant, he provides guidance to his clients on a variety of HR issues & best practices, including; HR audits, employee relations issues, terminations, improving HR processes, and advising on complex employee issues He has a comprehensive understanding of employment law, recruiting and talent acquisition, leave management, compensation, Reduction In Force (RIF), onboarding, independent contractor assessment, and OSHA compliance.
As the Manager of Talent Acquisitions, Tamra manages all aspects of the talent and recruiting functions for HR Options. She specializes in organizational development and training, and has a passion for value-based recruiting, retention, and employee development. Previously she served as the Professional Development Director for NCHRA, delivering in-person and web-based continuing education, as well as managing the nationwide HR Certification Program.
Molly joined HR Options in 1996. Molly’s areas of strength include HR information systems implementation and integration, retirement plan management and audits, change management programs, executive level project management, visa and immigration management, drug and background program selection and management, employee relations resolution, recruiting and staffing practices and guidelines, and managing HR teams. The majority of her work as been with larger multi-state organizations.
Since 2003, Stacy has worked with HR Options providing HR support to Canadian and US companies. She implements human resource best practices such as HR policy development, employee handbooks, employment contract creation, and performance appraisals. Stacy is a seasoned trainer for company sessions, webinars, and seminars on topics like anti-harassment and conflict resolution. She has managed the payroll and benefit administration for hundreds of HR Options Canada contingent employees and is extremely well versed in Canadian payroll.
Zoya has a diverse background specializing in e-commerce, recruiting, employment law, benefits administration, employee relations, policy and handbook creation, organizational development, performance management, training and development, and coaching. She provides human resources consulting services to clients in a variety of industries including e-commerce, software, hardware, restaurants, non-profits, healthcare, and bio system industries.
